We are proud to have two experienced therapists offering a range of psychotherapy services:
Tania Isnor, Registered Psychotherapist
Tania provides compassionate therapy for adults and youth struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal growth. She integrates a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients build resilience and create positive change.
Bilge Sirin, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Bilge offers a warm and inclusive space for individual therapy, working with clients to explore relationship challenges, stress, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. She incorporates CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method Therapy to tailor her approach to each client’s needs.
